The Gratis Parking and Park Area brings together parking, an arrival plaza, pedestrian connections, and social spaces for employees within an integrated landscape strategy.

At the center of the project is a linear system that connects different functions along a continuous circulation route. Beginning at the Atatürk Monument and the surrounding plaza, this sequence extends through shaded pedestrian paths, an open event area, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, seating and social spaces, and activity zones. Accessibility is treated as a key component of the design through ramps and pedestrian connections linking different levels of the site.

Materials such as natural stone, basalt, concrete, and gravel are combined with Gratis’ corporate colors to create a strong visual coherence between the landscape and architectural elements. Through layered planting, tree coverage, and seating areas at different scales, the park is designed as a flexible outdoor environment that can accommodate a wide range of uses, from short breaks to outdoor events and larger gatherings.

Permeable surfaces, controlled drainage solutions, shading elements, and a layered lighting system support the comfortable, safe, and sustainable use of the area throughout different times of the day.
