Beykoz Villas were designed as a 12-residence development that responds to the area’s sloping terrain and dense green landscape. The villas are arranged in a stepped configuration that follows the natural contours of the site, allowing the development to adapt to the topography while preserving private outdoor space for each residence. Living areas are directly connected to gardens, terraces, and private swimming pools, while service and support spaces are positioned on the lower levels and more private living areas on the upper floors. Villa No. 5, detailed in the project presentation, has approximately 230 m² of permitted floor area, 400 m² of gross usable area, a garden of approximately 280 m², and a private 3 × 7 m swimming pool.

Large glazed surfaces, timber-look sun-shading elements, natural tones, and planted terraces are combined on the façades to create a calm and contemporary residential language that blends with the landscape of Beykoz. Through the stepped arrangement of the buildings, the architecture is conceived not as a series of independent objects placed on the site, but as a continuation of the existing topography.
