Karadağ Villas were designed as a residential development located on a sloping site in Kumbor, Montenegro. The villas were arranged in a stepped configuration that follows the natural contours of the terrain, allowing the development to adapt to the topography while maximizing views toward the sea.

Throughout the masterplan, each villa was designed to have its own private outdoor living area, including a garden, terrace, and swimming pool. The relationship between the buildings was carefully organized with consideration for views, privacy, and the use of outdoor spaces. Natural stone surfaces, light-colored façades, timber sun-shading elements, and a roof language that references the architectural character of the region give the project an identity closely connected to the Mediterranean context.

Now completed and in use, the project continues to function as an active residential development.
