Designed for Özdiker İnşaat in Mersin, the residential project was conceived to create a strong model of vertical living within the urban context. Rising 22 storeys above the ground and mezzanine levels, the building accommodates two 5+1 apartments on each floor. With 44 residences, each offering 250 m² of net living space, the project provides a total of 11,000 m² of net residential area.

The apartment layouts are organized around generous living spaces, flexible kitchen and lounge areas, floor gardens, and balconies that extend outdoor living into the upper levels of the building. Rounded corners and continuous balconies soften the impact of the high-rise mass, while large façade openings and integrated green surfaces establish a stronger relationship between vertical living and the outdoors.

At roof level, shared social spaces and solar energy systems complement the residential program, integrating communal use and sustainability strategies into the overall design.
